HackUtils provides free, browser-based cybersecurity utilities including hash generators, password tools, encoding/decoding tools, JWT decoders, DNS lookups, and reference cheat sheets. All tools are provided for educational purposes and authorized security testing only.

3. Authorized Use Only

You agree to use the tools provided by HackUtils only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Authorized penetration testing and security assessments
• Educational and research purposes
• Personal security auditing of systems you own or have explicit permission to test
• Software development and debugging

You agree NOT to use HackUtils tools for:

• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data you do not own
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
• Cracking passwords or hashes without authorization from the data owner
• Any malicious activity, fraud, or harassment

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HackUtils, its creator, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or any other intangible losses.

You are solely responsible for your use of the tools and any consequences thereof. HackUtils is not responsible for how you use the output generated by any of its tools. It is your responsibility to ensure your activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The code, design, and content of HackUtils.com are the property of the site owner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the website without written permission. The tools' output (hashes, encoded data, wordlists, etc.) is yours to use freely.

HackUtils integrates with third-party services:

• ip-api.com — for IP geolocation lookups
• Cloudflare DNS — for DNS record queries
• Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements
• Google Analytics — for anonymized traffic analysis

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain or update the tools.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
